Stephanie Leffler draws on a wealth of experience born from tackling the challenges businesses face to become successful. Leffler took on her first CEO role in 2002 as founder of MonsterCommerce, a leading e-commerce storefront solutions company. Leffler grew MonsterCommerce, powered by 280 team members, to more than 8,000 e-commerce clients before selling the company to Network Solutions in 2006. After 18 months at Network Solutions, Stephanie left to found CrowdSource. In her spare time, Leffler can be found at the nearest golf course, playing tennis or spending time with her daughter and two labradoodles.

He started building MonsterCommerce, a leading e-commerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses, in 2000. After experiencing phenomenally rapid growth, MonsterCommerce was sold to Network Solutions in 2006. Ryan provides strong visionary leadership to the OneSpace team and drives the company’s new product initiatives. Under his guidance, OneSpace was named “A Company to Watch” by The Daily Crowdsource. With unmatched motivation, Ryan is the driving force in creating efficient business solutions for OneSpace clients. When he is not at the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, traveling the world and spending time with his family, especially his daughter, nieces and nephews.
Learn MoreAs Chief Operating Officer, Erin oversees OneSpace operations, including marketing, product development, client services and engineering. She draws on over 14 years of experience building and leading teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions. As a seasoned marketer and an accomplished entrepreneur, Erin’s experience includes leading online marketing operations for Network Solutions, founding a digital marketing agency, the Loud Few, which was acquired in 2011, and founding a SaaS content marketing application, iScream Social.
Erin received her B.S. in Communications from Washington University. She is active with local technology incubators, serving as a judge for Arch Grants technology competition, and as a participant in Skandalaris Idea Bounce. Erin is also an active member of AdClub St. Louis and has served on the board of Social Media Club St. Louis.
As General Counsel, Josh leads corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Katz provides senior leadership with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, negotiates critical contracts in complex business transactions, and manages internal and external legal functions. Katz has implemented an efficient Sales Solution and Contract Management process, assisted in raising $12.5 million in Series A funding from Highland Capital Partners, and assisted in negotiating the company’s first acquisition. Before joining OneSpace, Katz was a Commercial Real Estate Attorney at the New York office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he represented developers, joint ventures and real estate investors as they acquired, financed, developed and disposed of property.
As Vice President of Product, Julia leads OneSpace’s product innovation and development. For the past 10 years, Julia has been involved in leading products across multiple organizations. At Network Solutions, she was the product lead for their e-commerce software. Most recently, she led development along with content monetization at ROI Media, an online publishing company. Julia’s strong analytical abilities, paired with the ability to systematically break concepts down into tactical actions, have proven to be critical in pushing product development forward. A true competitor at heart, Julia has a passion for building products that are best-in-class by embracing creativity and innovation.
As Vice President of Engineering, Kelly leads the engineering team responsible for building the tools and platforms that support OneSpace, including our proprietary crowdsourcing software. With over 10 years of engineering experience, Kelly has worked with various technologies and developed systems supporting AT&T and Network Solutions prior to joining the OneSpace team. Kelly has a passion for understanding analytics and using the combination of data and algorithms to uncover opportunities and drive business decisions. That passion, combined with her ability to understand the needs of the business to prioritize development accordingly and innate ability to make even the most technical concept relatable, makes her the perfect fit for leading the development of OneSpace’s technology.
As Vice President of Client Services, Jayme leads OneSpace’s client services team and oversees the fulfillment of client projects. Jayme has been enthusiastically leading large teams for over 10 years, contributing to the success of Target, Gap, Inc. and Network Solutions before joining OneSpace. Most recently, she developed and led the digital marketing strategy for Build-A-Bear Workshop, driving fully integrated marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness. Jayme brings expertise in the digital marketing arena and possesses a drive to stay current with the latest trends and innovations. That expertise and drive make Jayme the perfect fit for delivering quality projects at scale for OneSpace’s clients.
As Vice President of Marketing, Aaron defines and drives OneSpace’s marketing strategy with a focus on B2B sales. Working closely with the Sales and Executive teams, Aaron is responsible for ensuring the execution of the company's marketing strategy and its brand marketing, lead generation, PR and customer advocacy initiatives.
Prior to joining OneSpace, Aaron helped lead the digital strategy and product management efforts at Winn-Dixie and Web.com, as well as lead operational excellence at Network Solutions and MonsterCommerce.
As Vice President of Sales, Steve leads OneSpace’s sales team and drives the creation and execution of sales strategy. Working closely with the Marketing and Executive teams, Steve is responsible for driving revenue growth through generation of new business opportunities.
Prior to joining OneSpace, Steve enjoyed a successful sales career at Equifax and helped lead the sales and account management efforts at BizLibrary and EmpInfo. Steve received his MBA from Southern Illinois University.
