Stephanie Leffler: Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Stephanie Leffler draws on a wealth of experience born from tackling the challenges businesses face to become successful. Leffler took on her first CEO role in 2002 as founder of MonsterCommerce, a leading e-commerce storefront solutions company. Leffler grew MonsterCommerce, powered by 280 team members, to more than 8,000 e-commerce clients before selling the company to Network Solutions in 2006. After 18 months at Network Solutions, Stephanie left to found CrowdSource.In her spare time, Leffler can be found at the nearest golf course, playing tennis or spending time with her daughter and two labradoodles.More…Awards & Accolades

Ryan Noble: President, Co-Founder
With an innate ability to foresee problems and develop viable solutions, Ryan Noble has become a successful entrepreneur. He started building MonsterCommerce, a leading e-commerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses, in 2000. The company experienced rapid growth and was sold to Network Solutions in 2006. Ryan provides strong visionary leadership to the CrowdSource team and drives the company’s new product initiatives. Under his guidance, CrowdSource was named “A Company to Watch” by The Daily Crowdsource. With unmatched motivation, he is the driving force in creating efficient business solutions for CrowdSource clients. Dave Levinson: Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Dave Levinson leads CrowdSource’s financial, accounting and corporate development operations. With over 12 years of experience in public accounting, working with clients ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises, his experience with strategic projects facilitates the implementation and execution of many key initiatives at CrowdSource. Prior to joining the CrowdSource team, he worked for Ernst & Young in Washington, D.C. and spent the last six years in Transaction Advisory Services specializing in financial due diligence and strategic finance projects for private equity and strategic clients.Dave received a B.S. in accounting from Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bringing vast industry experience to CrowdSource, he oversees its capital strategy to ensure the company has the proper financial resources to support its rapid growth initiatives.In 2011, Dave dedicated 6 days to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (19,340 feet) with his wife and friends. As Chief Operating Officer, Erin is a member of CrowdSource’s executive team and oversees operations including marketing, product development, workforce management and engineering. She draws on over 12 years of experience building and leading teams that deliver innovative digital marketing solutions. As a seasoned marketer and accomplished entrepreneur, Erin’s experience includes leading online marketing operations for Network Solutions, founding a digital marketing agency, the Loud Few, which was acquired in 2011, and founding a SaaS content marketing application, iScream Social.Erin received her B.S. in Communications from Washington University. She is active with local technology incubators, serving as a judge for Arch Grants technology competition, and as a participant in Skandalaris Idea Bounce. Ken’s expertise is based on more than a decade of experience in e-commerce enterprise sales with VeriSign, GeoTrust and Symantec. Ken’s path to leadership mirrors that of CrowdSource itself – with his sharp focus on customer-centric solutions and cutting-edge innovation, his emphasis is always on enhancing value for CrowdSource’s clients and business partners. During the winter of 2011, Ken completed the Ironman Arizona – a race totaling 140.6 miles. As the former Chairman, CEO and President of Intraware, Inc., the premier provider of on-demand delivery solutions, he led its public offering, grew revenue to over $100 million and eventually sold it in January 2009. Prior to Intraware, Peter was the president and CEO of Dataflex, Inc., a full-service systems integrator that reached over $400 million in revenue, and led its sale to Vanstar. Peter also served as the CEO, President and Director of Granite Systems, Inc. which became one of the largest service and product suppliers for HP, Apple, IBM, Compaq and Microsoft.Most recently, Peter held roles as Chairman, Director and CEO at Kanjoya and Ground Works Open Source. He also has served on the Board of Directors or as an Advisor to Eventbrite, Townhog, OnSale and Enthuse. A graduate from the University of California, Berkeley and a father of four, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and children in Northern California, where he loves to hike, bike and watch plenty of baseball.
